First, you need to create a new directory where you will put all the files that you want to include in the.zip file.

Then you need to create a.zip file that contains that directory.

Finally, you can create a.zip file that contains the.zip file you just created.

  3. From the context menu, select Send to > Compressed (zipped) folder

How to obtain the p-value from coefficients of glmnet?

I am using glmnet for logistic regression with CV and I do not want to use the default cv.glmnet, but instead use my own function that runs glmnet with CV, and then plots the AUC values over the sequence of lambda, and also I want to obtain the p-values for each variable from the glmnet model.

I was able to obtain the AUC values using the code below, but not the p-values, how do I get the p-values?

The GArnet thin film consists of 20~\% Ga as substitutes for In and Sn as host elements. The most commonly studied target consists of a 20 nm Ga layer on top of a ~150 nm InSb substrate. The Ga layer is nearly perfectly crystalline throughout the film volume. There however exist regions which are nominally Ga but have a lower density of InSb or nominally Sn that has a locally lower density of Ga.
