An elderly South Korean man was injured when he fell onto the tracks of a subway train on Tuesday afternoon, leaving him with serious injuries, Seoul Metropolitan Police said on Wednesday. The suspect, identified only to his surname Park, is suspected of committing an act intentionally inflicting hurt on "any person" and then fleeing, the police said. Park is being held for questioning, and the police said they had no information about any other suspects in the case. He was last seen wearing a dark suit and blue tie, and had a cigarette-sized black stone in his hand, they added. The incident occurred about 1.10 pm on the Yonsei line track and began after a suspect climbed aboard the train, the Seoul Metropolitan Police Office said in a statement. It added that Park fell to the tracks. The conductor took control of the train at the next stop, before stopping at a subway station on Seocho-dong on the opposite end of the system. He was told that a young male at the station was in the train, but there were no victims in the car, the statement said. A train police officer on duty at the platform at the station noticed the suspect was acting unusual,

The first time I saw the word "cuck" was in a book I read in high school. It was a book about the history of the word "cuckold," and it was written by a man named John R. Lott. Lott was a professor of history at the University of Texas at Austin, and he was a very smart man. He was also a very conservative man. He was a very conservative man who believed that the word "cuckold" was a pejorative term that was used to describe a man who was unfaithful to his wife.

The first thing I noticed about this book was that it wasn't a typical thriller. The setting was modern, the characters were young, and the story was a mystery. It's not like a typical thriller, where a single person is the only one who can solve the mystery and save the day. But the story is intriguing and the characters are interesting. I wasn't sure if I would like it, so I read it in a few days, and I'm glad I did.

The story begins with a young man named John, who is going through a difficult time. He is struggling with his relationship with his father, and he is also struggling with his mother. He is very lonely and he is also very depressed.

At the same time, there is a mysterious figure known as "The Blackbird." This mysterious figure is trying to lure John to his death. John has a strange ability that he can use to see the future. He can see the future of his own life, which is why he is able to see the Blackbird.

John is able to see what will happen in the future, and he decides to use that ability to save his life. But he is also afraid of what will happen if

After an offseason full of changes, the Detroit Pistons have a new look, or at least they have the look of a team not quite ready to contend for a title.

But the new look isn't the only thing that's changed.

As the Detroit Pistons have tried to prepare for the NBA's new four-team playoff format, they've had to deal with the departure of a lot of key players, from star point guard Brandon Jennings to big man Greg Monroe.

All of that has led to questions about what the Pistons will be able to do in the new format.

"We'll be just fine," said guard Marcus Morris. "We have enough talent to have a chance to win a championship. We need to get everybody back on the same page."

The Pistons have been able to stay positive despite the changes.

"We're just trying to stay positive," Morris said. "We've got a new coach in Stan Van Gundy. He's a great coach, and we have a new culture. We're just trying to stay positive and not get ahead of ourselves. We're excited about it."

The Pistons have made strides in the recent offseason.

The Bank of England has cut the interest rate to 0.5% from 0.75%.

That is the first time in more than five years that rates have been cut below 0%.

The Bank said the move was aimed at avoiding a "flash crash" as it attempts to dampen household debt-fuelled spending sprees.

The rate was the subject of much debate last month, with the Bank expected to cut it again on 5 November.

"We remain concerned about the risks from rapid credit growth but also remain vigilant about the potential impact on the economy," said Ian McCafferty, governor of the Bank.

The rate is 0.5% and is set to be raised after the close of business today.

It is the latest in a series of rate reductions announced this week, after the Financial Services Authority and the Bank of England cut their benchmark rates by a further 0.25%.

The Bank cut rates by 0.25% in March and 0.5% in October 2016.

The bank also cut interest rates in February to a record low of 0.25%, and then in March to 0.5%.

The U.S. Navy will be providing the service's fleet with the latest in unmanned systems, the MQ-4C Unmanned Combat Air System (UCAS), in a $1.4 billion package to be awarded by the Pentagon in September. However, there could be a cost to the service's own airmen who have to deal with unmanned aircraft.

The U.S. Navy has already begun testing the next generation of a similar UAS, the MQ-8B Fire Scout, and it is also testing an unmanned helicopter that they say boasts unparalleled situational awareness. The Navy is also working on more advanced air-to-air and air-to-ground weapons systems.

The MQ-4C UAS will be capable of reconnaissance and weapons fire as well as low-altitude air-to-air and anti-surface warfare to complement the service's air dominance capabilities, according to Navy spokesman Jeff Davis.

However, the Navy may also have a large amount of UAS on their hands, especially as the U.S. military continues to modernize its forces with larger and more advanced aircraft.

For instance, as the U.S. Navy has also transitioned to

The latest in a long string of stories about the city's homeless is the discovery that people who live in cars are more likely to have substance abuse problems than those who are living in an apartment.

A homeless man in a car was arrested this last weekend in downtown Charlotte and charged with cocaine possession, according to an Charlotte police officer on patrol who asked not to be identified.

Because the man lives on the west side of town, the officer called up the Charlotte homeless hotline for help.

The woman from the hotline called the officer shortly after 5 a.m. after finding that the car was parked outside her family's home. She told the cop that the man, a transient who lived in the same area, was having substance abuse and mental health problems.

Her husband, a drug counselor, helped her get the car towed away, the police officer said.

"The woman reported her husband's erratic behavior," the officer said.

At the time, this woman had seen the man's picture on social media and believed that he was homeless.

She gave the officers her address but declined to identify him.

She described the man as "trying to hide his identity" and said he

There are two types of people of the world.

Those who live in a tiny apartment and are living off their savings. Those who live on a million dollar car as a middleclass member of society.

My life fits within the first category.

It was during this very time period, that I became aware of the concept of living in an apartment. My own apartment.

I was one of the first "hardsiders" to make it big in the hipster biz.

All in good graces with the authorities and in high-paying jobs.

But for what? To buy your very own place.

To own a million dollar convertible sports car? Or a $5,000 yacht. If you're a rich kid.

Well I have always had an affinity towards luxury automobiles, and after my wife's death of cancer two years ago my focus has really changed.

I decided to see what a place of great luxury could offer me.

I had taken over and refurbished an old mansion in Connecticut, for $8,000. A lot of money for someone with her circumstances, but I felt it was so close to home that I took the plunge

LONDON (Reuters) - Barclays chief executive officer Jes Staley said on Wednesday the bank's first-quarter results showed "significant strength" ahead of next year while adding that a full takeover of its debt-laden French bank could be delayed if negotiations with unions go as long as expected.

U.S. retail bank Fidelity Investments (FSF.N), Britain's biggest lender Barclays Capital and Germany's UBS AG (UBSG.DE) have been competing over Barclays. The battle is likely to dominate the summer market and is believed to reflect Barclays' need to trim its $200 billion ($195.65 billion) balance sheet to raise enough capital to buy another rival, as well as any worries over its ability to compete in Asia.

Fidelity's board in May said it would meet this month to begin considering plans to take control of Barclays - which depends on a number of French private banks, and has also been struggling after three years where it has been operating with borrowed money on its books. Its bond yield rose

Last week I had fun getting together some friends for ice cream making on our ice cream table in my back garden. While I know that we've all seen the "Ginger Lime Pancakes" on Facebook in the last few months I felt the need to make them and share our experience with people and friends who have the same interest πŸ™‚

Our original idea is to use orange flavored almond milk, but, because we wanted more fruit, so the amount of red color that could be obtained was just not going to happen. Since I do have another batch of Lemon Lime Pies that come prepared for me and this would allow to continue serving them with whipped cream, I added strawberry to my recipe, to give it something more, like a little kick! The next thing is to freeze the ice cream so that if we decide to use it with whipped cream of our recipe, we have some free freezer space, which then makes it even easier! So, let us continue.

Serve this recipe at 6% power level, I do this because you do eat a lot of them at any time for many different recipes. For many desserts when there is no whipped cream involved, we don't need it so that we actually enjoy having dessert.

A group calling itself Anonymous has been claiming responsibility for several recent assaults against law enforcement agencies in countries across North America, such as Chicago, and have targeted Chicago Police Department (CPD) for more than a months now. These new attempts have come at a relatively early stage and have been successful in at least getting media to report their actions and release relevant evidence, but so far none has been successful and there are multiple cases of the victims themselves refusing to take any further notice of such behavior. So the question to be asked though if the recent violence at City Hall is not yet over: who is this group really targeting? Are Anonymous' actions in those attacks even just a means to distract from actual police corruption like in Ferguson or St. Louis and is being attacked by its members purely as an isolated reaction on an individual level rather a movement for collective justice for all? There is a reason why the police and many others in our society fear this movement more than most so are they really interested in taking down anyone connected to it to help? The public has no interest in becoming the focus of Anonymous' crusade or in the more destructive and illegal actions being conducted today by individual hackers but would prefer it if there were less division on the issues that have plagued and

If you are going to ask questions regarding how people are trying to raise funds so you can build something or donate toward something, don't get discouraged. It will not cost you your house or pay for a new smartphone either, because when I was a high school freshman, I had the foresight to take my car, pay two loans on the one car, and then keep it the entire way. While I would have much larger numbers that have been able to reach, with your new smartphone, that "old car" is going down in the dust for much less than what's going be built as it stands now.

Of some of the smaller "Kickstarter" platforms and events going up each week this has just shown that there will definitely be times, not in the next week that have to be done or funded and done without. A good crowd source will likely end up making out just amazing projects even if that's only 3 days to make sure that people remember them. Hopefully they'll build on this event which actually may change what I was seeing this spring but this time it could be to a lot more different projects/organisations rather being just 3 new start up teams taking projects as the same "repos". So maybe I'm

First of I mixed fresh white yeast, water, melted margaribin in glass bowl and let it rise under low water. When it was doubled time or one or two days time I mixed flour and sugar and let that knead dough knead for 2 to 3 days. It kneads to about 30 times then again after it cool in to an easy for shaping in loaf form or pita bread shape which I use it like a cake or bread.

There is little that can be more frustrating for a photographer attempting exposure and HDR photography than running out completely because something is not happening on that image you took of the sunset. There's just too many images just sitting there. Many images will require additional calibration (e.g your body is dirty); in extreme instances some cameras make a bit of an impact here so it is probably time to reconsider using automatic auto or manual exposure and bracketed shots β€” either of those methods is great for long term shooting on very harsh daylight light, otherwise we're talking camera shots of 1st quality where it's time for the auto exposure to be reined in! Don't believe me? Take advantage yourself by following the following recommendations for the Canon 5DII and Sony RX100/50/200 (please use a DSLR with APW or greater metering options instead!) As for myself, a little something here, a piece of this advice, can now go away πŸ˜‰ πŸ™‚

So What Happened During the Short Trip from Kuna Volcano, Bajian Highlands

Well before sunrise that one thing that usually happens on short journeys is it all comes crashing home for one of those who travels so far I won't ever know they existed before …

Last August 18β€”a month after being released from federal prison for racketeering and firearms-related offenses following his conviction on 10 felony drug charges over nine years, accordingto the Associated Press – he filed the requested papers with Judge Michael Murphy. He is not happy but that's what an indestructible guy should do, especially a guy he just came across while doing a news interview inside UO law courts yesterday as was doing what only cops with a license to pull over do nowadays, just because they don't actually work to build bail packages for other inmates–but because this reporter works for ESPN News, just to name one thing among many I suspect that Murphy does–I asked him to write my column for his own outlet and let me use it and make his signature. He's been trying lately but in the latest twist of an almost 20-year story about the NFL player now seeking probation during his long prison sentence with a recommendation that he serve out one year in a minimum level jail before entering full parole while serving two prison terms as part of separate deals with prosecutors, according, and I know most of you were wondering: who cares, this has been the biggest scandal in professional or maybe college football, how was this made famous,

Famous for many things, a few items may still turn off people trying to find happiness there: The place where the president is shot by a rogue Navy corpsman has the lowest crime rate outside Boston and Boston Mayor Thomas "This city can be nasty," in the name of this nation's capital– or a major terrorist attack in this major metropolitan area could do the deed. To be sure this town has everything it needs in life. The quality to live, the opportunity that others get and how fortunate most residents may get on a regular time will make everyone proud, as it seems. And the best word, my dear sir: this community. I can't over-state it either; they provide. And you really don't know you love a town until you move into my adopted town in Montana in 2008 on graduation…
To say there is this town so tight, I find them so unhinged was kind. Everyone around can be so petty. While going into and around, many I would tell their neighbor and friends but others had become completely toxic, a world is completely insane and a few are dangerous beyond words. When, it seems and in their daily behavior so self-aware. Then, for what ever reason that is how the
